Different garment styles can be combined in a single order to receive quantity discounts, but it’s important to note that only certain garment styles work well together. (example: t-shirts and hoodies would work well for this process, but t-shirts and pants would not)
WHAT IS OUR TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME?
Current turnaround time is < 2 weeks
Time begins the moment we have received two things:
1) The style of shirt, as well as total quantity of shirts, colors and sizes
2) Artwork you have provided, or details about your desired artwork that we can create with our in-house graphic artists
If you have a firm deadline by which your shirts must be printed, please let us know when you are placing your order so that we can make it happen
HOW SHOULD ART FILES BE SENT?
We need vector your art file in vector format!
Why? Because each color in your design is
separated onto it's own screen
(see "what is the screen printing process" for more info about this)
We can redraw your art to a usable format at an additional cost.
WHAT IS AN UNDERLAY?
In the realm of screen printing, an underlay serves as the foundational layer of ink upon which subsequent colors are applied. This base layer is crucial for ensuring vibrant and accurate colors in the final print.
The underlay acts as a primer, enhancing the opacity and brightness of the colors layered on top. It provides a solid backdrop that prevents the underlying fabric color from bleeding through, particularly important when printing on darker garments.
By laying down a consistent and even underbase, screen printers can achieve crisp and vivid designs, regardless of the fabric's color. Additionally, it aids in improving the durability and longevity of the print by creating a stable foundation for subsequent layers of ink.
What ink colors can you choose from & how many colors can we print?
We currently have over 200 ink colors already mixed and ready to go!
We are also able to mix ink to match your project's specific PMS color

If you're looking to add flair to long sleeve apparel, our printing capabilities cover dimensions of 3.25" x 16", perfect for accentuating sleeves with logos or text. Additionally, our Youth sizing option allows prints of up to 8" x 14", offering the ideal canvas for youthful designs that pop.
